| So why do property owners put up Murals? Let's assume that they are (somewhat) community motivated. But are there other reasons? Sure. Modern Dry Cleaners has a mural because: a) they want to show they are proud Canadians, b) people will better remember their shop location, c) they want to attract and keep more customers, d) they also add trivia questions to their signage which provides another reason for people to look and it's a conversation starter too.
